Ms Anne Flanagan

B Sc (Hons) London School of Economics 1985

Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales 1988

Graduate, Australian Institute of Company Directors 2015

Anne brings a wealth of accounting and financial knowledge and experience to the Club.  All her working life has been in finance in local and global roles across a variety of organisations.  She currently sits on a number of boards and finance, audit & risk committees, so well understands the roles and responsibilities of a board member.

Anne was CFO for RACV for 18 years, and has a strong belief in and commitment to member driven organisations.

Her involvement in the Club has increased since semi-retirement. She is a valued member of the   Audit, Risk & Finance Committee and filled a casual vacancy of the Board last year.

Her passion for literature has her joining reading circles and watching Drama and attending other circles, as any active and involved member does.

Anne is warm and wise and eager to assist.  She calmly takes things in her stride and will carefully involve herself in discussion before making decisions.  She has an acute intellect and broad range of interests which makes her an excellent Lyceum member.  Her knowledge and experience will be   invaluable as the Board starts to enact its new strategic plan.
