Norah possesses over 30 years’ experience in the government and corporate sectors driving organisational change and fostering employee engagement.
She has held positions on boards in government and not-for-profit organisations for over 10 years, contributing across all not-for-profit governance
matters and providing specialist expertise and guidance in strategic planning.
Norah sat on the Board during my presidency in 2012, 2013. I found her an excellent knowledgeable and wise colleague who clearly
understands the responsibilities of sitting on a board of directors. Her governance skills are invaluable.
She co-founded the Professional Women’s Circle seven years ago, which remains a vibrant and active circle and is
an active member of many other circles at the Club.
She is a strong and experienced strategic thinker who had deep involvement in the five-year strategic plan based on
the feedback from Members in the 2013 survey. She ensures her voice is heard and her input is appreciated.
Despite her work commitments, Norah has given a lot of her time to the Club, sitting on the Board, organising young member
events and has spoken at the Club several times. Her involvement in chairing the Program Committee enables a deep understanding of how the
Club and its circles operate.
